The University of Louisville has signed another Ezell, continuing the family’s sports tradition with the Cardinals.

Paige Ezell, daughter of Eric and Jean Ezell and granddaughter of Dale and Mildred Ezell of Cadiz, signed to be a member of the UofL swim and dive team for the 2014 school year. Paige will be joining a well-balanced Cardinal squad that is ranked in the top-20 in the nation.

Like her father Eric, a Trigg County High School graduate who ran crosscountry and track at UofL from 1987-91, Paige will be wearing the red of the Cardinals. She was recruited from a variety of schools from across the country but chose Louisville for both the academic and athletic opportunities offered.

She referenced the growth of the program, remarkable facilities and a coaching staff that looks out for the student/athlete as her main factors for being a Cardinal.
