Two Trigg County High School students earned honorable mentions during the 2013 Kentucky New Era/Rotary Regional Academic All-Star Team Awards and Recognition Ceremony held on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013 at Hopkinsville Community College.

Clark Adams, the son of Dennis and Kim Adams, Cadiz, earned honorable mention honors and $100 gift certificate from United Southern Bank in the Amfine Chemical discipline of Science.

Helen Gibson, the daughter of the daughter of Dave and Heather Gibson, Cadiz, earned honorable mention honors and $100 gift certificate from United Southern Bank in the discipline of Social Studies / Economics.

Six other Trigg County High School students were recognized for their academic achievements in the disciplines of Arts, Career and Technical, English, Foreign Language, Journalism and Math.
