New Biography: “Lady Catherine, the Earl, and the Real Downton Abbey” by Fiona Carnarvon, The Countess of Carnarvon, she tells the story of Catherine Wendell, the beautiful and spirited American woman who married Lady Almina’s son, the man who would become the 6th Earl of Carnarvon. The couple presided over Highclere Castle, the grand estate that serves as the setting for the hit PBS show.

CAREGIVER’S SUPPORT GROUP: We will be starting a Caregiver’s Support Group, January 28, 12:00-1:00 in the board room of the library. This group will meet every fourth Tuesday of the month. This group is open to anyone who is a care giver.
LEGO NIGHT: Ms. Cheryl is planning a Lego Night at the library in February 27. She is gladly accepting Lego donations and old broken crayons.
