Everyone on the Trigg County Fiscal Court has now officially filed for re-election, as has the Trigg County Attorney.

Trigg County Clerk Dorris McGill said District Three Magistrate Jon Goodwin (R) filed on late Monday afternoon. He is currently unopposed.

Trigg County Attorney Randy Braboy filed late on Friday afternoon for a second term. He has held this position since 2011. In the 2010 General Election, he beat longtime Trigg County Attorney H.B. Quinn, who had held the seat since 1985. So far, he is running unopposed.

The deadline to file to run in the May Primary Election is Tuesday, Jan. 28.
