That is what Cadiz-Trigg County Planning Commission Chairman Bob Brame said when that group met last Tuesday evening. At that meeting, Brame said he approved a “combination plat” for the two properties.
The store will open across the street from the current Dollar General store, the north side of Main Street near Wharton Road.
“The last hold-up on it was that the state would not approve the site until all three deeds were combined into one property,” said Brame. “I felt we didn’t want to hold them up. We wanted to get them going as quickly as possible.”
