To the editor:

I would like to thank the people of Trigg and surrounding counties for their business given to WC&D Locksmith over the past 23 years. I had worked in construction for 40 years and always said when I was 65 it would be time to retire. Knowing I had no hobbies, I decided to take a locksmith course by correspondence.

When I retired in 1990, my late wife Doris Thomas Skinner and I opened our business, WC&D Locksmith. We enjoyed working for and visiting with friends, and it was a pleasure to make new friends. After the death of Doris in 2000, I continued on by myself.

In 2013, my health began to deteriorate, and I set the date of December 26, 2013 as my last day of work. I am grateful and thankful for all the calls that came to WC&D Locksmith and will miss seeing my friends.

Thank you for your support throughout the years.
