This visitor brought high school students with him to read his book “The Cat in the Hat”. The students enjoyed getting special hugs and handshakes, and several of them wore “stripes” in honor of “The Cat”.
Reading Night was also celebrated on Tuesday, March 4, from 5 - 6 p.m. with a special guest – Mrs. Crystal Fuller White sharing her book with the students. The Title I committee, as well as faculty and staff have planned a special focus on the Dr. Seuss book “Hop on Pop”, and will have a special treat of popcorn that evening.
Every day is full of special activities, and students are encouraged to bring Dr. Seuss books, and wear special “clothing” on each day. If you see any “strange” characters this week, remember “Oh, the Places They’ll Go”!
