Funeral services for Opal Littlejohn, 94, of Princeton, were held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton. The Revs. Roger Felker and Robin Redd officiated. Burial followed in the Millwood Cemetery in Caldwell County. Morgan’s Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Littlejohn passed away following a short illness on Sunday, March 9, 2014, at Princeton Health and Rehab Center in Princeton.

Opal Littlejohn was a World War II veteran; a retired dairy farmer and a member of Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mina Bell Dillingham Littlejohn; parents, Charles and Viola Walls Littlejohn; three brothers, Thomas, Sam and Hoy Littlejohn and two sisters, Daisy Kennedy and Charlene Littlejohn.

Mr. Littlejohn is survived by two brothers, Elmo and James Littlejohn, both of Dawson Springs; two sisters, Lizzie Fralick of Princeton and Mary Katherine Adams of Marshall County; one son, Charles Littlejohn (and wife Patsy) of Princeton; two daughters, Sue Pryor (and husband Richard) of Princeton and Kathy Hyde (and husband Bobby) of Trigg County; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
