Our father, Jimmie Adams, was recently in Trigg County Hospital swing bed for several weeks. We want to praise the wonderful care he received during his stay.
We have a small community hospital and it is often overlooked as a quality facility. However, the care our Daddy received was as good as we received in other larger facilities. And because it is small, the staff knew Daddy and his needs and took a very personal interest in his recovery. They also got to know our family and treated us as friends. They knew we wanted to get him home as quickly as possible and they worked with us to make that happen.
From the doctors and nursing staff to the physical/occupational therapists and lab techs and discharge coordinators to the cafeteria staff and cleaning staff. Each person went out of their way to meet the needs of our whole family. They never failed to show both professionalism and compassion. We couldn’t have asked for better care for our father.
We feel very fortunate that Trigg County Hospital is in our community and provides such good care with such an excellent staff.
