Nathan Vinson passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at his home in Cadiz.
Mr. Vinson had worked for Tyson Foods, Inc., in Goodlettsville, Tenn., as a computer analyst. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Carey and Mallie Vinson; and maternal grandparents, George and Nellie Belle Petty.
He is survived by his parents, Carey Thomas, Jr. and Nell P. Vinson of Cadiz; three brothers, Dr. Carey Thomas III and Tracey Vinson of Pittsburgh, Pa., Forest Wayne Vinson (and wife Brenda) of Bowling Green and James Stanley Vinson (and wife Robin) of Newport News, Va.; three nephews, James Thomas Vinson, Robert Stanley Vinson and Jesse Wallace Vinson; two nieces, Cassandra Vinson Erenrich (and husband John) and Forrest Elizabeth Vinson.
Serving as active pallbearers were Jesse Vinson, Robert Vinson, Steve White, Steve Francis, Craig Perry and Scotty Hampton. Music was provided by Mark Harris, vocalist, and Martha Davis, organist.
