Across U.S. 68/Ky. 80 in Cadiz and Trigg County, cars were seen parked on the side as many people attended the yard sales held over the weekend as part of the 400 Mile Sale.

The annual event was very well attended, said Cadiz-Trigg County Tourist Commission Director Bill Stevens. The annual event, held across 400 miles of U.S. 68/Ky. 80 in Kentucky, officially started on Thursday and officially ended on Sunday, but even on Wednesday there were a couple of folks already putting out items for sale.

Stevens said he’s heard from Lake Barkley State Resort Park Manager John Jordan and Super 8 Motel Manager Deepak Patel, who told him they had a few yard salers stay the weekend.
