From Aug. 3 to Aug. 8, I was a patient at the Trigg County Hospital. When I came into the emergency room on the morning of the third, I was in pretty bad shape. The care I got over those five days was absolutely outstanding from everyone there. I want to give my thanks to everyone from the ER staff to all shifts of nurses who took care of me.
There is no way I would have gotten that kind of treatment at a bigger hospital. I’ve been at bigger hospitals with other family members, and the nurses are usually run to death at them. I feel very fortunate to have this hospital in our community. I also want to thank Dr. Shea Godwin, who was the ER doctor that morning, and also to my own doctor, Dr. William Anderson, whose every decision always sees to be the best decision on getting me better. I just wanted to thank one and all and best luck in the future to our community hospital.
